The yoga mat has always been my sanctuary—a space where I find peace, energy, and balance. Over the years, it is a place of transformation, and now, it has become my passion to share this journey with others. I am here to offer you the tools and support needed to navigate your own path to holistic well-being. In my classes, we create movement to build strength, find balance in our bodies, and connect to our breath to still the mind.
After over a decade of personal practice, I left my full-time job and traveled to Bali, where I completed my 200-hour multi-style YTT. My teaching blends traditional yoga with modern mindfulness, offering a harmonious approach to physical, mental, and spiritual health. Whether you’re just beginning or have years of experience, I welcome you to a space where you can deepen your practice, find inner peace, and cultivate a meaningful connection with yourself.
