Ruby Frances Jones (USA) has worked as a freelance dancer and yoga teacher for five years. Ruby holds an undergraduate degree in dance from The London Contemporary Dance School in the UK, and has has studied under teachers of multiple backgrounds and schools of yoga for over ten years. In 2018 she completed a preliminary Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training in Paris under Kia Naddermier and went on to complete a 500 hour Hatha Vinyasa teacher training course in Nepal. Her dance background inspires yoga classes that are playful and unique, with creative, flowing transitions and an emphasis on sustainable alignment. Ruby’s workouts are dynamic and sweaty, drawing from a variety of disciplines including yoga, barre, pilates, and HIIT.

Morning Vinyasa

This is a modern vinyasa class for movement lovers who want a challenge. To me, vinyasa yoga is all about transitions; how to mindfully get from point A to point B. There is whole world of possibilities that opens up when considering the ways of getting from A to B, and that is where my creativity as a teacher thrives.
In this powerful class we break down preconceptions how you’re “supposed” to move on your mat with strong and funky sequences that get you out of your head and into your body. We’ll breathe, flow, sweat, invert, and rest. Movement is play, with joy cultivation at the heart of every practice.

A dynamic mat-pilates inspired class that will light your glutes and abs on fire! We’ll use props like booty-bands or a pilates ball to provide that extra burn. Expect good beats, lots of sweat, smiles, and endorphins.
