In 2023, Madeleine embarked on a transformative journey towards healing, finding herself in India to delve into the roots of yoga. She showed up every day for hours, embracing the philosophy that being present on the mat for oneself is a profound act of self-care.
Inspired by remarkable teachers in both India and Germany, she committed to being a lifelong student and passionate teacher. The energy she cultivates in her classes is pure bliss, emphasizing that yoga is not about flexibility but about the journey and resilience, especially when challenges arise.
Madeleine is a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher as well as a Gong Bath instructor. Inspired by her first Gong Bath experience, she is dedicated to sharing this profound sound healing experience with others. Her passion extends to running, which she started on track at a young age, now believing it provides all one needs for a balanced life.
