Marie is an 800-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and trauma-informed practices. Having studied with teachers across the globe, she brings a holistic perspective to her teachings. Currently she is deepening her expertise in alternative therapies and psychology to become a naturopath. With her compassionate and intuitive teaching style, Marie aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for students of all levels. Her classes inspire participants to let go of everyday worries and explore deeper layers of consciousness.

BOOTY + ABS BURN
In the class, we move through a dynamic combination of exercises based on mat-pilates workout. Toning, strengthening, sweating, smiling we work on glutes, legs and abs. We focus on the anatomy and alignment of the body and on clarity of execution, becoming awake of how the body is moving in the space, developing proprioception of self. Mostly of the exercises are performed using props to have an extra burn!

PILATES SWEAT
Pilates Sweat is a 45-minute full-body workout that builds heat while sculpting and toning. Expect a dynamic flow of traditional Pilates movements combined with short bursts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and endurance. You’ll leave feeling strong and revitalized and centred.
